As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure our schools are aligned with enrollment patterns, we are considering a boundary change for the 2025/26 school year that will affect approximately 26 families. We understand any change impacting your child’s school experience is significant, and we are committed to keeping you informed throughout this process.
Under the proposed change, future students residing in the West Kelso area will be assigned to Wallace Elementary and Coweeman Middle Schools, instead of Lexington Elementary and Huntington Middle Schools, which they currently attend. However, current students residing in the West Kelso area who attend Lexington and Huntington Middle Schools may continue to do so by completing a School Choice Application (see website for transportation information).
