
Home wrestling meet tonight at Kelso! If haven’t had a chance to donate to the Julia Hiatt Memorial Scholarship, there will be students there collecting donations. Go Kelso!

Spring Sports registration will begin on Monday, February 3 and end on Wednesday, February 19. Spring sports begin Monday, March 2. All registrations are done online. Information, requirements, and instructions can be found on the Kelso High School website under Athletics. Spring sports are: Baseball, Boys Soccer, Fastpitch Softball, Girls Golf, Girls Tennis and Track and Field.

Boys Basketball Tonight vs Prairie at Kelso!! C Team and JV games will be played at 5:30 and Varsity at 7. Our Unified Basketball Team will scrimmage at half time. Come support your Kelso Hilanders and cheer them to victory.

8th grade Parents and students are invited to the 8th grade parent night at Kelso High School in the Auditorium. The meeting will be on: Wednesday February 5th at 6:00 – 7:00 pm.
Please bring your student's course catalog that will be given to them that day at school.

The local replacement levy is used to restore, sustain, and enhance curriculum, technology, staffing, and other program costs that the state does not fund.


Sign up for your heart screening! Forms are available in the health room & need to be turned in by Wednesday the 29th. Screenings are January 30th & 31st during school. Take care of your health and check on your heart!

Varsity K Club is selling ‘K’ stickers! $2 for a small and $3 for a large! You can purchase them at the ASB office.


The replacement levy on the February ballot takes the place of the existing levy expiring this year, it is not a new tax. Even with the passage of the replacement levy, school funding tax rates will still be lower than they were in 2017 - 2019.

After School A Cappella: Join us in G2 every Tuesday at 2:45 pm for an advanced choir experience. This is a great opportunity for students who want to take music but have no room in their schedule, want to improve their singing skills in order to audition for Chamber or Show Choir

Remember Seniors- If you are in need of a transcript to send to college, be sure that all of your fines have been paid. We are unable to send transcripts if you have outstanding fines. If you are unsure if you have fines, please see Ms. Huffman in the counseling department.

This week, Kelso's Leadership student are helping all 16, 17, 18 students register and pre-register to vote. Students interested in registering can pick up and complete a short application at lunch in the commons. Completed registrations are due back no later than Friday.
