Dear Parents and Guardians,
As the school year comes to a close, we want to inform you about our plans for summer school to support students in completing their coursework. Our goal is to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed and be prepared for the next academic year.
Attendance:
- In-Person: Only students with incomplete grades for Trimester 3 will attend summer school in person at KHS.
- Online: All other students will have the option to attend summer school virtually through the Kelso Virtual Academy (KVA). Please contact your student’s counselor if you wish to sign them up for KVA summer school.
Staff:
We will have five core content teachers available for summer school. These teachers will work closely with students to help them complete any missing assignments, understand the material, and rectify any incomplete tri 3 grades.
In-Person Schedule:
June 17th – June 21st (No school on Wednesday June 19th)
8:00 – 2:30; Lunch 11:00 – 11:30
